The state has to start making major cuts and it needs to start with Teachers and state employee health benefits and Pensions. the pension should be frozend and elminated and 401k’s put in place like everyone else in the real world. Teachers get paid well. Rowoo flip-flops
The government employess pay way exceeds private employers. Yes I know they teach the kids future but when payroll and benefits take up 65% of your budget there is a problem. Also when i see new football and gyms going up and low test scores I think our focus is in the wrong please. Cuts cuts cuts. and get back to teach reading writing match and science.Rowoo boot

More of the same old stuff from the same old people in power. Always raise taxes, always punish productivity. Never even look at reforming the way government operates in order to cut spending.
